I am pleased to share that we have joined the Advisory Committee of the Global Forum on Drugs, taking place in the Barcelona Forum on Drugs on January 28–29, 2027.
This initiative brings together governments, researchers, civil society, and practitioners from across the world to advance evidence-informed approaches to drug use and drug policy. The Barcelona meeting will be the result of a multi-year global consultation process aimed at identifying practical, scalable responses to current challenges, with a strong focus on prevention, treatment, and social reintegration.
