In the last week of October, representatives from GPHN participated in the SOLID Project Phase II kick-off meeting, joining more than 35 international project partners and delegates from the Shanghai Mental Health Center, Eurasian National University, Bishkek State University, and the National University of Uzbekistan.
A central focus of the SOLID Project is the development of a doctoral program in social work, designed collaboratively by partner institutions to strengthen research capacity and academic excellence in the field.
Throughout the week, GPHN actively contributed to the program by organizing and leading workshops with international students, aimed at enhancing their academic skills and research knowledge. It was a highly productive and inspiring week of collaboration, exchange, and shared learning.
The SOLID Project Phase II is a five-year initiative funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) under its “exceed – Higher Education Excellence in Development Cooperation” program.
