Aim of the fond is to provide material and technical assistance to the Armed Forces, as well as indirectly influence the Armed Forces and other state institutions, strengthening the capabilities of the army and developing society as a whole

The main tasks of the organization are: provision of information and coordination assistance to the civilian population in the conflict zone and internally displaced persons (information assistance in relocation, search for housing for temporary stay and residence, consultations on social issues, further support of HPE) using its own free Hotline); collection, analysis and coverage of information that contributes to solving problems related to the movement of territory not controlled by the government of Ukraine and further support via the Internet and printed information media; legal advice to the civilian population of the conflict zone

The National Bank of Ukraine has opened a special account to raise funds for the Ukrainian Army. The account is multi-currency. It is opened for transfers of funds from international partners and donors, any person as well as from Ukrainian business and citizens.
